Service scope
51cowork provides public documentation, Dashboard, and a model API gateway. Available models, features, rates, purchase methods, and limits are determined by Dashboard and runtime configuration. Static pages are not a fixed quote, availability promise, or service-level commitment.
Accounts and credentials
You must provide account information that is accurate, lawful, and yours to use, and protect sign-in credentials and API Keys. Activity under an account is treated as authorized by its holder unless unauthorized access is reported promptly. You may not sell, rent, or otherwise misuse an account or Key.
API use rules
You must follow applicable law, documented limits, and third-party model rules, and must not interfere with, bypass, or damage the services.
- Do not use the services for unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, malware, unauthorized-access, or security-evasion activity.
- Do not probe non-public interfaces, bypass rate limits, or attempt to obtain another user’s data or credentials.
- Do not expose a complete API Key in a public repository, browser code, or an unprotected client.
- Apply appropriate permissions, content review, rate controls, and human review in your own applications.
Usage, fees, and purchases
Model rates, metering, balance, and purchase entry points are those currently shown in Dashboard. You are responsible for checking the configuration before calling the API and for valid usage under your account. Payment, order, refund, and tax terms apply only when the relevant feature is enabled and follow the conditions shown during the transaction and applicable law.
Inputs, outputs, and responsibility
You retain rights in content you lawfully submit and authorize us and necessary providers to process it only to provide, protect, and improve the services. You are responsible for having the rights needed to submit content and for reviewing and using outputs. Model outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular purpose and should not be used for high-risk decisions without appropriate review.
Third-party services
Some model, identity, and payment capabilities are supplied by third parties and may be subject to their terms and policies. 51cowork does not fully control third-party features, content, or availability.
Changes and availability
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features for security, compliance, maintenance, or product reasons. Unless separately agreed in writing, services are provided as currently available, without a promise that a specific model, price, interface, throughput, latency, or uninterrupted operation will continue. Mandatory liability under applicable law is not excluded by these terms.
Restriction and termination
We may restrict or terminate access when an account violates these terms, creates security or compliance risk, has unpaid charges, or when the law requires action. You may stop using the services and manage the account through the options currently provided in Dashboard. Records required by law may remain after account deactivation.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will show the updated date on this page. Material changes will be communicated by reasonable means. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms unless applicable law requires otherwise. For questions, use the support channel currently shown in Dashboard.
